1. PARENTS EMAIL LIST
   This is a list for the parents and/or guardians of our scouts. It is a way for the troop to get information out to them including, things like the newsletter, meeting updates, and important reminders about upcoming activities. Anyone on this list can send to the entire list.
    

2. LEADERS EMAIL LIST
   This is the list the committee members and adult scout leaders use to send out committee notes and discuss issues that the troop needs to address.

All it takes to subscribe to a list is an email. As an example, this is the email you would send to subscribe to the "parents" list:

Notice that the email is to imailsrv@troop333.info .  In the body of the email type the word subscribe, then the name of the mail list (for example, parents) and your name. Your email address is automatically taken from the email you send. Make sure you are emailing from the account you want the future emails to be sent to.

To be removed from the list, just send an email with "unsubscribe" and the list name. Make sure you are emailing from the email account you want removed.

To send email to all the people on the list, simply send an email to that list name.
